DI3536 - NGS 'ORK1 A' Metal Rod - Klamath County, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This official NGS metal rod control mark is located just west of Swan Lake Rd., heading west, on government property owned by the US Coast Guard. It was monumented in 2006 and has a white witness sticker attached to a metal post near one of the guy cables that anchor a very tall radio tower nearby.

This waymark is on US Coast Guard Government property and has NO TRESPASSING signs posted. It IS possible to take a picture of the control mark from behind the fence line to log this as a visit, since the witness sticker and metal cover are viewable from the road.
