This boat is about 30 feet (10m) is probably a dinghy used on a larger fishing vessel. It is painted white with blue trim and a yellow metal sail has been mounted, serving as advertisement for tourism on "Land's End." The name given to the boat, 땅끝호, means Lands End, which is the name given to the southern end of this peninsula. The portion of Route 77 extending from here is indeed stunningly scenic, with vistas of the islands offshore, beaches, and mountains.
