Phil Lange, a Santa Cruz Mountain artist, created “Los Gatos Pescado,” located on top of the kiosk at the corner of Fiesta Way and Main Street. This 4 1/2 foot kinetic sculpture of a catfish inspired the decorative marine painting on the kiosk, which serves as a bulletin board for locals.
