This Great War memorial is in St Geroge's Gardens that lie just east of St George-in-the-East church in Shadwell, London. The memorial is primarily in the shape of an obelisk with a square base for the inscriptions.

The memorial is carved from Portland stone and was
erected after the Great War. There is a later inscription to those that fell in
the Second World War.
