St George-in-the-East War Memorial - Cannon Street Road, London, UK - World War I Memorials and Monuments on Waymarking.com

The memorial is carved from Portland stone and was erected after the Great War. There is a later inscription to those that fell in the Second World War.

Obelisk in churchyard/public park. Paved courtyard surround. Four steps to base. Base block bears inscription. Sword a relief in main obelisk part.
