The brewery is sometimes also called 'Baisinger Biermanufaktur'.
It produces 25 000 hectoliters of beer each year.
There are eight types of beer produced.
In the most important beer competition in Europe, the European Beer Star 2011, the Baisinger Kristallweizen defend the gold title from the previous year. The triumph was topped off when the Baisinger Light Hefeweizen bright at the best beer in the world has been crowned.
