One of California's early lodges in the San Francico - San Pablo Bay area. It shared meeting space with an equally early Odd Fellows lodge. Today it shares with a model railroaders group and a union hall.

The sugar workers union has an office at the front entrance of the building. This ancient wood building is three stories with outside stairs. Parking is on the street.
