This appears to be an abandoned coal tipple within the Woodbury Wildlife Area on Township Road 302 in Coshocton County, Ohio. I am not certain what it is, but there is a large area of coal dust in front of it. It does not appear that it had rail service. The small structure to the south appears to have been a boiler house. There are no other structures in site of this one.
