This sculpture was created by Mavis Ehlert, a Hamiltonian sculpture artist. The sculpture was given to the city by the Ancaster Garden Clubs on May 31st, 1967 to celebrate Canada's Centennial. Sitting outside the municipal offices in Ancaster Square, this piece was crafted out of bronze and sits on a small rock.
