This benchmark is located near a donut shop right in the heart of Mission Viejo.

This benchmark is located in the concrete of a sewer drain of the north west corner of the intersection of Jeronimo Rd and Marguerite Pkwy. This is one of many at this intersection and all have the same numbering, which is kinda wired. I took pictures of the surrounding area so I can prove that this is a separate benchmark from the rest.
This one is about 3 feet south of the real benchmark. This is a public land survey that is witness monument for the real benchmark. The real benchmark is the Orange County Surveyor (See Picture). The Orange County Surveyor can be seen just north of this benchmark (See Picture).
