This comic book store at 713 Park Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607, is a relatively new shop (as of spring 2012). My kids must have discovered it on opening day though, as they make regular trips on Wednesday night (game night).

Game Night is an excellent marketing scheme, as there are so many new strategy games that can't really be learned just by reading the directions.
Unfortunately for this waymark, I didn't pay close attention to what sort of comics they sell, so I ask visitors to inform us all (unless I get back there before you do!).
