The Berrima District Aeroclub operates this field for its members. There is a club house, bitumen strip & hangars.
I visited on their open day which was very well attended by members of the public. The majority of aircraft on display are hangared at the aerodrome. There were static & flying displays & aerobatics performed by Yaks. The aircraft ranged from Yaks sourced from Kasakhstan to one designed by Paul Allen (SpaceShipOne fame). The CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) deems many of these aircraft experimental.
