This Oregon State Highway Division benchmark (and the only benchmark on the bridge) is imbedded in concrete on the right side of Topsy Bridge if your heading west. This is a newer bridge that was built about 10 years ago to replace the former bridge that used to exist to the left of the current bridge. It is not located in the NGS database.
