This plaque, with the text "You Maybe Gone But Never Forgotten Ever Close in Mind and Heart" is located at the Memorial baseball diamond located near the Legion, curling rink and arena. The plaque was placed by the Fox Creek Slo-Pitch Association in recgonition of four players.

Sherri D. Raiwet (March 25, 1973 - October 10, 1993)
Lyle H. Young (April 17, 1968 - November 14, 1993)
Patrice (Pat) Lapierre (April 17, 1968 - February 26, 1994)
Nathan J. Mihaichuk (February 9, 1975 - January 31, 1995)

The plaque and cairn are well cared for as is this, the primary baseball diamond of the town. The cairn is placed close to parking with a great vantage point of the diamond and the light industrial / commercial area that consists of many of the businesses that are the backbone of this town.
