This mural depicts a magnifying glass above the city of Hayward, with the glass showing an enlargement of the Hayward City Streets. The downtown streets of A, B, C and D streets go left and right, while Missin, Main and Foothill go up and down. a side doorway to the business goes right through the mural.

The mural faces B Street on the northern intersection with Foothill Boulevard. This building used to be the Yogurt Sugar Shack & Deli. There is some street construction going on on B Street making full access a little difficult, as of Spring, 2012.
