The C. W. G. Ward House was built in 1905. The house was built in a Mission Revival style with a side gable metal roof with parapet ends and a white stucco exterior. The front features a scalloped parapet wall which extends above the eave line forming a dormer over the front porch, the dormer has a decorative window.

The house is in excellent condition and now serves as a physicians office.
