The M.M. Sundt House was built in 1910. It was built by Sundt, himself a well known contractor in Las Vegas, in a style described as Free Classic style. The two and a half story brick house combines many Queen Anne style and other style features including jutting dormers, dramatic rooflines and a large porch which wraps around the front and side of the house.

The house appears to be well maintained and in good condition. It continues to serve as a single family home.
