Visitors get to experience one third of the "Historic Triangle" with a visit to Colonial Williamsburg. This is where the thoughts of the revolution to break away from England were started to be put into motion.
Plan to spend a full day in the area because there are numerous buildings open to tour. Most of the bigger buildings have guided tours (which are included in your admission tickets) and these tours can last anywhere from 30-45 minutes each. The tours are highly recommended because of the wealth of information provided in such a short timeframe.
The tour guides are dressed up in period costumes and pictures are allowed in almost all of the buildings. There is also a shuttle bus that runs from the visitors center to multiple stops around Colonial Williamsburg.

Visit Instructions:
Because of the vastness of many of the "non-localized" sites (Gobi Desert, Great Wall of China), waymark owners are encouraged to allow visits that reflect different perspectives and experiences.
Localized waymark sites (Structures, Landmarks, Businesses) should reflect standard waymarking visit criteria (Logs & photos).
