This building is a somewhat run down department store, however, it has one redeeming feature—a large, highly visible public clock, atop its roof. The clock faces out over the popular, picturesque tourist attraction, and recreation spot of Lake Hoan Kiem. In fact, the clock is best seen from the opposite shore of the Lake.
In design the clock is multi-faced, large, with a black face, white hands and characters. Certainly eye-catching.
