The Livery Building is located at 209 West Street, Annapolis, MD, at the intersection of West Street and Southgate Ave. On the west side of the red brick building, the survives the remnant of an advertisement sign painted on the brick wall along the second story of the three story building. The sign is difficult to read, but if you look carefully enough in the right lighting, you can make out the text which says:

Packing - Shipping -Rug Cleaning
I guess movers discovered that ofter the furniture is moved out, the rug looked dirtier than the owners realised while it was covered up. Cleaver of them to advertise rug cleaning!
