This lion statue is on display outside the Lincoln High School near their fabulous veterans memorial which can be seen in the background. The school sports teams are known as the Blue Lions.

This appears to be a somewhat crudely made model of a crouching or reclining lion, perhaps of plaster or concrete, about 5' x 3'. The features are not distinct. It is a mascot for the Blue Lions of Gahanna's Lincoln High School with 2,300 students.
