For those older amongst us, this may seem a tad ironic, however, here is the statue of the symbolic Bulls and Bears, of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. It looks as if the bull has defeated the bear, but the bear is fighting back gamely. The statue stands outside the main entrance. The building looks new (not here a decade ago), but not overly busy, in fact quiet. I wonder what Uncle Ho would think of this?
