The disk is located at USS Oklahoma Memorial, located at Pearl Harbor, on Ford Island. The mark is in the curb next to the ramp from the street to the sidewalk. The Oklahoma memorial is adjacent to the USS Missouri. Public access to Ford Island is limited to those who purchase tickets at the at the Bowfin Submarine Museum for the USS Missouri tour (Adjacent to the Pearl Harbor Memorial).
