This memorial to the veterans of Rye, New Hampshire, is located on the town green. It has brass plaques on four sides. The plaque that pays tribute to the War of 182, also names the Revolutionary War and has names of Civil and Spanish War Veterans.

The monument is a rectangular stone monument with brass plaques on four sides, and nothing mounted on the top. It stands alone in a small green area in the center of town near the historic Congregational Church with adjoining cemetery which has graves dating back to the American Revolutionary War.
