This flush bracket is attached to Leyton Town Hall. There is a small passage, between the Town Hall and the Library and the FB is in there on the right hand side. There is a gate that could be used to close off the passage but it was open today. Whether it is used, or not, is not known. For visiting purposes the bracket can be seen from outside the gate.
