This is a magnificent building, but I have been unable to ascertain if it is still in use as a court house, nor details of its history.

This two-story court house is found in the city centre. It is designed in a classic European manner, and in the distinctive French colonial yellow. There are two wings to the building, forming a courtyard. There is no restriction on entry. Inside are large, spacious rooms, all in a classical style.

There were a few people in the court house, documents stapled to pinboards, and even tv displays, but no signs of court like activity.
