Described by National Geodetic Survey 1991.

0.1 mile (0.2 km) north along a paved road from the post office in Virgin, thence 3.45 miles (5.55 km) east along State Highway 9, 15.0 m (49.2 ft) north-northeast from the centerline of old road, 54.0 m (177.2 ft) northwest from a historical Nancy Ferguson Monument, 4.1 m (13.5 ft) north from a UtDOT control marker V-33, 0.7 m (2.3 ft) east-southeast to a witness post, and 0.6 m (2.0 ft) west to a witness post.
