Chip Lange a young civil war buff, re-enactor and Eagle Scout, raised the
funds, did the research and was involved in the creation of this series of
murals. The mural artist Don Gray, honored Chip's hard word by incorporating a
likeness of his face in the Leasburg panel, he is person with red band on his
