This Eagle Scout project does not specify the name of the scout who coordinated this project as his Eagle Scout Service Project. The monument inscription ends simply "Boy Scout Troup 68, Eagle Project, 2001".

This monument project represents incredible research. As the oldest cemetary in Rochester, most of the headstones are broken or missing, and largely illegible. The information had to have been garnered from historic records found elsewhere besides the cemetery. The memorial stone reads:
