AT WHEATLAND, AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 52 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF U.S. HIGHWAY 87, SET VERTICALLY IN THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING, 19 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE, AND ABOUT 4 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
