Set in 1929 by U.S.Forest Service, marked 5, elev 5036. This benchmark was set in a rock outcrop along the Brooks-Scanlon railroad grade which is now Rd. 18. The benchmark is about 65 feet east of the centerline of Rd. 18 at M.P. 28.90.
