This monument was erected by 2 Eagle Scout candidates to memorialize those who died, were injured or otherwise effected by the events of 9/11. It is said to be especially dedicated to those who gave their lives trying to rescue others as well as those who serve as fire fighters, police officers and armed forces service people. The plaque includes an engraving of a flag and the famous image of the fire fighters rasing the flag at ground zero.
On the grounds of Provo Fire Station #3 and located along the Provo River Parkway Trail.
