Sinds 1893 is deze vroeg-17de-eeuwse bakstenen kartuizerinnenkapel in gebruik als militaire kapel. In 1926 werd er een crypte gebouwd ter herdenking van WO I, met het monument van August Nobels. Van de soldaat die hiervoor symbool stond, Donat Spiers, zijn documenten en persoonlijke voorwerpen bewaard.

Since 1893, this early 17th-century brickstone Carthusian chapel was used as a military chapel. In 1926, a crypt was built in commemoration of World War I,you will find the monument of August Nobels. This symbol of the soldier who stood for Donat Spiers. A soldier killed in action in the first World War. His documents and personal items where stored in his grave.
