This lookout, located in Mount Nemo, is dedicated to Joesph Walter Brock Harris. Harris served on the Halton Region Conservation Authority for 31 years. Harris passed away in 1994. The HRCA is noted for protecting the Mount Nemo area and helped established protection for much of the Niagara Escarpment.
