Millville Airport known as America’s First Defense Airport since the Millville Army Air Field was dedicated by the US War Department in 1941.

Located in Millville, New Jersey, in the heart of the Delaware Valley between Philadelphia and Atlantic City, it offer two full time FBOs and the ONLY FAA/AFSS in New Jersey that is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including ALL holidays

Ground access is convenient, with state highways 49, 47 and 55 running through center city. And an abundance of developable land is available along with the Foreign Trade Zone status, Federal Empowerment Zone and Urban Enterprise Zone benefits.

Millville Airport offers more than great general aviation facilities: The Millville Army Air Field Museum (MAAFM) preserves the history of the Army Air Field for the enlightenment and enjoyment of all it's visitors.

General information about Millville Airport
• Millville Airport has two runways, eight taxiways and three aircraft parking ramps.
• The airport is home to a major FAA Flight Service Center facility, which provides briefing and weather services to pilots throughout the region.
• Two FBOs, Big Sky Aviation and Millville Jet Center, are based at Millville Airport.
• Dallas Airmotive—a major aircraft engine repair and overhaul firm—is located here.
• MIV is heavily used by aircraft for training purposes, including practice instrument approaches, takeoffs and landings.
• Security at the airport is provided by DRBA Safety and Operations.
• The airport has an active Foreign Trade Zone. The airport is designated as a Federal Empowerment Zone, which enables tax and loan incentives.
• The Millville Army Air Field Museum preserves the history of the air field and is open to the public.

Airport events include Airshow featuring the Navy Blue Angels and Canadian Snow Birds.
