Cluj-Napoca City Hall, located at 3 Motilor Street is built at the end of the 19th century after the plans of architect Ignác Alpár. It features a Viennese baroque facade with a corner clock tower.
The building is classified as a historic monument by the Ministry of Culture and National Patrimony.
The clock is located at tower of City Hall. Decorated dial with Roman numerals are on all four sides of the square tower in niches under the coat of arms of the city. At night they are illuminated by spotlights.
