This Starbucks is located on the first level of Galerias Hipodromo - a brand new mall in Tijuana. The mall is so new that Google maps still shows it under construction..and the Starbucks store locater webpage doesn't list it yet.
The mall has a webpage for the site (visit link) but, it too, is empty of any content.
The site has it's own patio area with a few chairs and tables at the side... and also shares a plaza with benches and fountains at its entrances with the rest of the mall's stores.
