Long Description:
I was driving south on Hawley Rd when I notice a small turtle trying to make it across the road. To my surprise its a young snapping turtle, generally an aquatic species. There are quite a few natural ponds in this area. I gently helped it along with my GPS. Even small one can give you a painful nip.

By chance we were sitting on the porch when we noticed little blandings in the same location we had seen the mother take 2 months earlier."
