Sundial at Zeitturm - Laufen, BL, Switzerland - Sundials on Waymarking.com

The tower at southern gate of Laufen is called Zeitturm (time tower). It has a large clock on each face and a sundial mounted at the south side.

The sundial has a rectangle shape with a sun and stars painted in the center. During winter time the sundial is in the shadow of the town hall in the afternoon and cannot be used.
