A long webpage on Julie's Tacky Treasures reports the history of the "Big Heads". These concrete busts of Abraham Lincoln, William Henry Harrison, and Zachary Taylor were displayed in Glen Maury Park up on a grassy meadow overlooking the city. In 2004, they were moved to the Presidents Park of Williamsburg, Virginia. Unfortunately, that exhibit closed in 2010 per this news article. However, the busts are still there... in an overgrown park as seen in this utube video. If you get to Williamsburg, then waymark it for the 09/19/04 Zippy strip.
