Sculpture representing Indian Elephants found in Lisbon.
This stone piece with aprox. 2 meters is placed in a yard outside the Popular Culture Museum in Lisbon.
It represents three elephants on a base suporting a round platform. There´s no plaque on it but it looks like and traditional sculpture from India. The round platform looks like the plates where the local populations placed offerings for the deities.
It was probably from the Portuguese India.
