Arvore para um Jardim (A tree for a Garden) is a work by the Portuguese sculptor Vitor Ribeiro.
This sculpture, made of Limestone represents a tree with a large trunk and a small canopy and it´s a very popular theme on the work of Vitor Ribeiro.

Vitor Ribeiro was born in Oporto in 1957 and studied in AR.CO in Lisbon where he graduated in 1985. He has been working as sculptor since then. Today he lives and works in Mafra, near Lisbon.
