A forgotten (by the Ordnance Survey) milestone two miles from Market Weighton.

This milestone is not shown on modern Ordnance Survey maps. It was on maps up until at least the 1970s, but for some reason it, and its companion down the road have fallen out of favour.
It is on the grass verge on the N side of Market Weighton Rd opposite the end of River Lane.
Old Ordnance Survey maps say this shows "Selby 16, Market Weighton 2" but the plaster roundel showing the distances has been damaged and all that remains is "Weigh'n 2"
