The Troy Town Hall looks more like a classical NE church than a town hall, however this is New England. The building is a white clapboard structure with a steeple foundation. The clock is a round face with roman numerals for hours segments. The hands are not complicated but are not just plain jane hands. The steeple rise is capped with a cupola.
