Bustled by five centuries of busy history, Melaka is now one more town of the modern nation of Malaysia. In this city, in the old town of China town, are numerous dated buildings, most range between the early to mid 20th century. This particular building is from a latter time. It is also different and larger in design, possibly in those long ago days an important spot, now, not so much. The building houses several different small business, however, the date and name, in English and (I assume the same) in Chinese, proudly stands on the facade of the structure.
