The building at 105 North First Street was constructed circa 1887 as the Clifford Banking Company. The one-story brick building features a recessed entrance front and decorative cornice. When the building was restored in the late 1980's, early 1990's the original bank vault and the floor to ceiling wood and glass screen were discovered. The building was restored by the Clarksville Historic Preservation Commission and is in very good condition. The building is used for coffee shop and restaurant.
