Semi-attached: There are three stores in this building. The 7-Eleven faces Monroe Ave at 436 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14607; a Domino's Pizza anchors the other end on Meigs St, and a chinese take-out joint called Yummies is sandwiched between the two.
I can't honestly say how handicap accessible it is, but there is a handicap parking space right in front of the doors.
