The building used by the Sneed, Vine, and Perry law firm at the corner of E. 9th Street and Congress Avenue in the historical district of downtown Austin has a beautiful three-faced town clock mounted on its second story corner that faces into the intersection. Each face is working properly. The 12, 3, 6, and 9 hour marks are in gold Roman numerals, with gold tick marks indicating the intermediate hours.
