This restaurant is almost inconspicuous in a small strip mall along S. Kihei Road, but it is one of the most popular restaurants on Maui, along with the other three locations. In the past Sansei created several award winning dishes that appear on their menu, but the current reviews are mixed. One can order from both the restaurant side and the sushi bar side, but the tabs are kept separate. There are very popular discount times, and the lines can be long.
