All Saints Church, Northallerton, North Yorkshire - This Old Church on Waymarking.com

There has probably been a church of some sort at this site since seventh century, which would have been wooden. That is the earliest record. Before the Normans came,a Saxon stone church existed, parts of which are on display inside.
The outside dates from fifteenth century, with a rebuilt tower from 1420, after the first one fell down. The chancel is an eighteenth century imitation to look contemporary with the rest of the church. Over the centuries aisles have been widened, windows replaced and fittings renewed.
