An information sign adjacent to the cemetery says " It is easy to imagine why someone would wish to be buried on Toragy Point with spectacular views in every direction."

There are 20 recorded burials with several family members buried together. Sadly all of the graves have been damaged or destroyed. The majority interred her were mariners however some were miners or sawyers.
